As built surveys
Before working on proposals, accurate measured drawings are required. Therefore one of the first things we do is measure up your whole property and prepare existing drawings. These as-built surveys are undertaken using laser technology for improved speed and accuracy as well as accompanying traditional methods as tape measure.
Design
Once we have established the design brief from the client, we get to work on the balancing act of incorporating the clients dreams and requirements against their suitability when assessed under adopted Planning Design Policies/Guidance. We produce computer generated 3D images so that the client can visualise their project as it comes to life.
