Pre planning consultations
We offer a full Planning Appraisal service. This is a useful tool to investigate what is and what isn’t feasible in terms of your desired development and the Local Authority Planning System. This is an extremely affective facility which enables you to decide whether you are ready to proceed to the full Planning Application stage without excessive expenditure from the outset.
