Building control applications
We process the application for you from start to finish. This means we relieve you of all the stress associated with filling in forms and collating the necessary documents together that are required for a valid Building Control submission. It is our job to make the experience as straight forward an uncomplicated as possible.
Local authority partnerships
Atrium Planing Consultants are affiliated with the Local Authority and with private Building Control inspectors and will advise on the right choice for your project. We are also partnered with the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Wales. This means that we can offer discounts on applications, not available to those who are not Partnered with LABC Wales.
Construction drawings
We can provide Full Specification working drawings for Building Regulations.
Structural calculations
Whether you’re having an extension, carrying out a loft conversion, installing bi-folding doors or undertaking other structural works, we can provide beam design and calculations to meet your needs. We use Chartered Engineers who are experts in design, drawings and calculations for single-steel and multi-steel beam/RSJ calculations, columns and pad stone design etc.
